How does the AI label, tag and sticker designer work?
Answer a few quick questions — what you're printing, where it will be used, size, brand colors (or upload your logo) and style. Our AI design engine then creates several print-ready options with the right material and finish, priced instantly. Add your favorite to the cart, or customize it further.
Do I get a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and you can request changes at no cost.
What file formats can I upload?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF and ZIP files up to 50 MB each. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) give the sharpest results. Not print-ready? Our designers will prepare your artwork for free.
Can I send a sample of my product?
Absolutely. Upload photos of your bottle, jar, box or garment when ordering. We'll use them to match the size, shape and material before printing.
Are your stickers and labels waterproof?
Our vinyl stickers, clear and holographic stickers, and BOPP labels are waterproof, oil-resistant and UV-resistant. Paper and kraft labels are best for dry, indoor use.
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can order from 50 pieces. The more you order, the lower the price per piece — up to 80% off at higher quantities.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, Payoneer, 2Checkout and bank/wire transfer for bulk orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide with tracked express couriers. Production takes 4–5 business days (or 2 days with rush), plus shipping time to your country.
